Kora Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By using Kora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Kora is provided by The Clairos Group, LLC. The app is distributed through the App Store, and your download, purchase, installation, and device use may also be governed by Apple terms and App Store rules.

What Kora does

Kora is a real estate calculator app for iPhone and iPad. It helps agents and real estate professionals estimate mortgage payments, seller net proceeds, cap rate, rental performance, flip scenarios, refinance comparisons, affordability, commission split, and related conversation numbers.

Kora can create branded PDF and PNG summaries using details you enter or upload, including agent, brokerage, contact, logo, headshot, color, and marketing-sample details.

Estimates only

Kora is for estimates, planning, and client conversations. It does not provide legal, tax, lending, underwriting, valuation, investment, accounting, or financial advice.

Final numbers can vary based on lender terms, taxes, insurance, closing costs, local requirements, fees, market conditions, professional review, and transaction details. You are responsible for verifying important numbers before relying on them.

App Store and Apple terms

Kora is distributed through the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Apple and the App Store remain responsible for their own store, device, billing, installation, and account processes.

The App Store listing remains the source of truth for current availability, compatibility, privacy label, and pricing details.

Branded summaries and user content

Kora may let you enter or upload details used in app screens and branded summaries. This can include your name, brokerage, phone, email, website, license information, logo, headshot, brand colors, marketing sample, and other business or branding material.

You are responsible for reviewing any PDF, PNG, or other summary before sharing it. You are also responsible for deciding where and with whom you share generated summaries.

Uploaded branding rights acknowledgement

By entering, uploading, or using any logo, brokerage name, headshot, brand color, marketing sample, trademark, trade name, image, or other branding material in Kora, you confirm that you own it or have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authority needed to use it in the app and in any summaries you create or share.

You are responsible for making sure your uploaded or entered branding does not infringe anyone else's rights. Clairos does not verify ownership of branding materials you provide.

You keep ownership of your branding materials. You give Kora and Clairos only the limited permission needed for the app to display, format, export, and share the branding materials you choose to use in Kora.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kora to create misleading summaries, impersonate another person or business, violate another party's rights, or present estimates as guaranteed professional determinations.

Do not use Kora in a way that violates applicable law, App Store rules, brokerage requirements, MLS rules, professional obligations, or third-party rights.

Ownership

Clairos owns Kora, including the app design, software, product name, website, copy, and related product materials, except for user-provided content and third-party materials.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Kora or Clairos intellectual property to you.

No warranties / limitations

Kora is provided as-is and as-available. Clairos does not guarantee that Kora will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every transaction, jurisdiction, brokerage policy, lender rule, or professional use case.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clairos is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on estimates, user-entered assumptions, uploaded branding materials, shared summaries, or third-party services.

Changes/contact

Clairos may update these terms as Kora changes. When the terms change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
