Kora is designed for estimates, planning, branded summaries, and client conversations. It is not a CRM, transaction coordination platform, valuation engine, underwriting product, or legal, tax, financing, or investment advice tool.
No account required
Kora does not require a Clairos account or sign-in to use the calculator tools. Installation and app availability are handled through the App Store.
Calculator inputs and estimates
The numbers you enter into Kora are used to calculate estimates inside the app experience. These estimates can include payments, seller net proceeds, cap rate, rental metrics, affordability, refinance comparisons, flip outputs, commission split, and related summaries.
Final numbers can vary based on lender terms, taxes, insurance, closing costs, local requirements, market conditions, transaction details, and professional review.
Branding/profile details and uploaded marketing samples
Kora may let you enter agent or brokerage details such as name, brokerage, phone, email, website, license information, logo, headshot, and brand colors so summaries can look connected to your business.
Kora may also let you upload a PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG marketing sample so the app can help suggest export colors. Only use branding materials you have the right to use.
Exports and Apple share sheet destinations
Kora can create branded PDF and PNG summaries. If you choose to export or share a summary, the destination you choose through Apple's native share sheet may receive the file and the information included in it.
You are responsible for reviewing summaries before sharing them and for choosing appropriate recipients and share destinations.
App Store privacy details
The App Store listing remains the source of truth for Apple's current privacy label, compatibility details, pricing, and availability information for Kora.
